Positive: The view is amazing. It is a short drive to Opito Bay, which also had great views. The kitchen had a variety of seasonings and snacks.

Negative: It is a 15-20minute drive into Kerikeri town but we knew that when we booked. Just something to consider. The WiFi can also be a bit weak in some rooms.

Summary: Would stay again. Was great.
